Complaints
We try to provide a friendly and efficient service, but we do realise that occasionally things do not always run as smoothly as we would like and misunderstandings may occur.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact The Surgery either by letter /email or making an appointment to see The Practice Manager who will investigate the problem for you.
Reception staff have copies of our Complaints leaflet.
We have a PPG suggestion box situated in the main corridor. Please feel free to post any suggestions or comments here. If you leave your name we will contact you with an outcome but this is not obligatory.
