Bursted Wood Surgery welcomes new patients.
Firstly to register as a patient with this practice, you will need to ensure you live within our practice boundary or our outer boundary.
We do welcome registrations outside of our boundary area, however we will be unable to do Home Visits for these patients.
To register with the practice online:
Complete the registration form online.
This form should take 10 minutes to complete and it will take about 2 working days to get you registered. If at any point you find this form too hard, you can visit the practice to register a different way.
We will be in touch in the next 7 to 10 working days with additional information if we require any.

Moving?
If you are an existing patient who is moving out of the area, please notify the surgery and speak to a member of staff.
If you have moved out of area and we have to remove you from our books you will be given a 30 days notice period. You will still be entitled to full services from the surgery within that 30 day period.
