Book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and discover local health services for you or your family via your mobile or home computer.
Online Records Access
This allows you to access your GP medical record once you have provided photo identification in person. By having online access you will seamlessly be able to see Lab results, consultations and problems. This will also allow you to book routine telephone consultations.
To use Online Services you must:
- Have internet access / smart phone and an email account which can not be a shared email account.
- Complete a form for Online Services from the practice, this can be emailed to us or if access to your medical record is required and it would need to be handed in at the surgery reception in person with photo ID.
- Register your account at www.patientaccess.com
- Once registered, you will need to activate your account via an email link which will be sent on receipt of the completed form.
Alternatively:
- You can register yourself with the NHS App and self verify to get access to ordering repeat prescriptions, your medical record and e-consults. You can also book routine telephone appointments.
- Visit www.nhs.uk/using-the-nhs/nhs-services/the-nhs-app
