Health Screening

Screening enables us to detect the first signs of illness, before it has a chance to damage your health.

Asthma Check-ups

Asthmatic patients will be expected to attend at least once a year to ensure that their treatment is effective.

Patients suffering with Coronary Heart Disease are reviewed annually.

Diabetic Check-up

Important Patient Notice - Change of Diabetic Care, Please Read (PDF, 49KB)

Diabetic patients will be offered an annual check up with the Practice Nurse following blood screening.  Patients will be notified accordingly.

Health Promotion Clinics

Patients between the ages of 16 & 75 years are invited to attend Health Promotion Clinics, which are by appointment with The Practice Nurse.

We especially recommend this to all patients who have not seen a doctor within the last three years.

Over 75's Checks

If you're over 75, you're eligible for free annual health and medication checks at your GP surgery.

Well Man Check
